Mary Ellen Kordas Scholarship Fund

Dear Friends and Families of VMS,
 
This year is my 30th year at VMS. These past years have afforded me the honor of watching children grow and develop a love of learning and a deep appreciation of their community.  When students return after high school and college to tell me their stories and successes, it only reinforces the richness of the experience.
 
Our Board of Trustees honored me this year by establishing a scholarship fund in my name. It is my heartfelt wish to be able to offer financial aid to any family who whishes their child attend VMS and who has a financial challenge. I am touched by the creation of this fund. Now I need your help!

Please consider joining me in contributing to this fund. If we all unite in this year of particular financial challenges, we can build a fund for the ages.  Long ago a fellow Montessorian told me that if I ask in the children's names it will not be hard. I do ask in the children's names! Thank you for your consideration in support of scholarships that truly enrich our whole community.
